This is for clients who want confident decisions, effortless flow, and a coherent “thread” running through the entire property, whether they’re implementing all at once or in thoughtful stages.

Sourcing and Procurement
This service requires the Cohesive Home Plan to start to ensure all selections are aligned with your objectives for the home. Whether it be art, antiques, furniture or window treatments, this bespoke service ensures your investments are the right ones. Pair it with the implementation retainer to ensure the pieces are installed perfectly.

Agree exact scope of items, consider what existing items can be repositioned, detailed measurements
Sampling
Onsite or delivered to you depending on scope. Essential to review alongside item selections.
Anchor pieces
List of key pieces complied for approval and procured. These include larger furniture items, pieces with long lead times, pivotal focal pieces, fixed lighting.
Layering
List of top layer items for approval and procurements such as cushions, throws, accessories, lamps. The key elements that create a home with soul and connection.

Typically delivered within 10–20 days from your sourcing and procurement site survey, depending on home size and scope.
Investment
Requirements vary per project. Cost will be finalised when scope agreed.
Typical ranges
£1,500–£2,000 = focused sourcing across 1–2 rooms (key pieces only)
£2,500–£4,000 = broader item list / more sampling / more coordination
£4,000+ = multi-room, curtains/ sampling meetings / showroom meetings.
Implementation Support
This is for the active phases of your project. When decisions are coming thick and fast and you want a designer in your corner to keep everything aligned. I’ll help you navigate trade questions, refine details, sense-check options, and problem-solve as you go, so the home stays cohesive and true to the direction we’ve set, without you needing a traditional full-service interior design package. Enabling you to work at your own pace.

Virtual meeting to discuss the level of involvement your require and to book in any pressing time slots if decisions are required quickly.
On site, virtual and showroom meetings available depending on requirements. In person meetings require more advanced notice but will be accommodated as early as possible.

Yes you do. Piecemeal sourcing with no clear vision leads to costly mistakes or boring safe choices, neither of which we support.
The implementation retainer is most effective when there is a vision for the home so that each hour can offer the utmost value.

Yes! Our services were designed from the need of those designing in phases. Projects don’t always go to plan or perhaps some areas just aren’t an immediate priority. The Home Cohesion plan is a framework that you can revisit over the months or years to maintain a home that always works for you.

Yes of course. I still prioritise the Home Cohesion Plan and follow the framework as all projects I work on follow this. Just ensure to book my service in advance to ensure I have availability to dedicate to you if you are on a short time frame.
